Whittemore Enterprises offers repair services on most manufacturers and diameters of rigid endoscopes, including cystoscopes, hysteroscopes, arthroscopes, diagnostic and operating laparoscopes, sinuscopes, and ureteroscopes.

RIGID ENDOSCOPE REPAIR
Level 1 - Complete interior cleaning of the optical train
- Polishing of fiberoptics
- Focus adjustment
- Complete leak test (hot/cold)

Level 2 - Level 1 plus:
- Repair of minor kinks and re-alignment of insertion tube
- Replacement of up to two rod lenses. More than two rods are charged per rod lens.
- Video performance testing

Level 3 - Level 2 plus:
- Repair/replacement of the objective lens system

Level 4 - Level 3 plus:
- Replace inner and outer stainless steel insertion tubes
- New light fibers

OPERATIVE LAPAROSCOPE REPAIRS
Level 5 - Complete interior cleaning of the optical lens system
- Polishing of fiberoptics
- Focus adjustment

Level 6 - Level 5 plus:
- Replace up to 2 rod lenses/2 prisms

Level 7 - Level 6 plus:
- Replace/repair objective system
