Sterilizing Batteries.
The recommended method for Sterilizing Batteries is flash Sterilization this requires a Sterilization device capable of doing a Flash cycle.
These devices are designed with a steam generator which produces  270 degree which is injected into the chamber (either gravity, pre vacuum, or pressure pulse) for a flash cycle 3-5 Minutes) Reducing the exposure to high temperatures.

Table top autoclaves are not recommended as they require time to heat up to temperature, This cooks the battery greatly, reducing its life expectancy.

With the Aseptic housing and drop in shield method just the housing and shield are autoclaved,
the batteries are not autoclaved and  are dropped into the Sterile housing.
The shield prevents the non sterile battery from touching the sterile housing, then the housing is sealed with the non sterile battery inside maintaining a sterile environment.

Our Batteries require our Chargers. Available in single and three battery options,The 3 bay charger also has a test bay.
