Terms & Conditions: Product subject to availability. Goods are guaranteed to be in the condition in which they were represented. All sales are final and non-refundable. Authorized returns will be held as store credit. All trademarks remain property of their respective holders and are used only to directly describe the products being provided. Their use in no way indicates any relationship between Whittemore Enterprises, Inc. and the holders of said trademarks.
Payment Policy: Payment is due in advance of shipment unless otherwise agreed upon. All special orders must be prepaid. If paying with credit card, separate charges may be required for equipment, freight charges, and/or any applicable sales tax. Title to all merchandise will not transfer to the buyer until the invoice is paid in full. Wire Transfers only accepted for orders exceeding $1,000.
Warranty Policy: Whittemore Enterprises, Inc. provides a 90-day parts and labor warranty on used/refurbished equipment, beginning from the date of shipment. The manufacturer’s warranty applies to new equipment. Warranty is void if equipment has been tampered with or worked on by a third party not authorized by Whittemore Enterprises, Inc. Items under warranty or being sent for repair require an RMA number and must be shipped to Whittemore Enterprises, Inc. prepaid; no CODs.
Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best available.
Shipping / Delivery Policy: All shipments are FOB Destination. Upon delivery, buyer must carefully inspect all goods for freight damage and test equipment to ensure it meets the agreed upon condition and functionality. Any claims must be filed with Whittemore Enterprises with 7 days of receipt of goods.
